Serve as Sr. Technical Director, providing services to multiple Fortune 100 firms all over the US and EMEA clients, responsible for managing 250+ offshore resources and a large number of onsite resources to ensure delivery of multiple IT projects. Sr. Application Engineering Manager - Gilead Sciences

Directed the delivery of this multi- million dollar program, managing a team of 15+ resources including Business Analysts, Developers, SQA testers, UI/ X Designers and, Technical Writers to design and implement business-critical applications from scratch that provided drug release support to Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturing group.
- Researched and incorporated the latest technologies to provide a nifty interface and support interaction with legacy systems in use at Gilead, which provided key functionality to help with the Budgeting and Forecast for Chemical and Biologics Outsourcing group, Batch Review and Release process, and support generation of reports for critical FDA inspections.
- Led the engagement with multiple Business groups (both Clinical and Commercial domain) to define the product delivery roadmap, technological vision and strategy from concept inception to delivery.
- Presented and demonstrated all business, technical and status artifacts, throughout the program lifecycle, to program executive committee on a periodical basis.
- Worked collaboratively to revamp the drug manufacturing and release processes across multiple teams and external partners, eliminating redundancies, automating processes and increasing flexibility to react faster to business dynamics.
- Engagement with third Parties on product evaluation, integration design, implementation and support strategy.
- Played a lead role in Integration Strategy and Roadmap with existing Business Systems, such as a Finance web application to accurately budget and forecast purchases utilizing pending purchase orders, invoices and checks and, a corporate portal to provide detailed information on business processes and applications undergoing implementation and enhancements within the group.
- Enables the Chemical and Biologics Outsourcing groups to provide budget and forecast data, enabling them to plan for manufacturing activities well in advance and reduce waste while protecting timelines.
- Part of the innovation team that created our cloud strategy for sourcing the data from underlying instruments & processes and making the solution available to global teams.
- Led the application development implementation strategy and execution to create mission critical tools and processes which allowed Gilead and its partner organizations to successfully launch and release drug batches by FDA’s CFR Part 11 and EU’s Annex 11 regulations.
- Defined new SOP procedures to support enhancements and implementations within the group as per business needs and ensured compliance with GxP regulations per existing and newly created SOPs (following Gilead’s standard).
